Join Global Aid Network In Western Russia

Why go? Seventy-three years of oppressive communist rule took a major toll on the church in Russia – only about 2% of this country's people are followers of Christ. Global Aid Network has received requests from numerous churches and missionaries across Russia asking for mission teams and compassionate aid to be brought to assist in helping to establish new long-term ministry outreach opportunities. In fact, it would be possible to send out multiple teams simultaneously to help address the needs and serve our Russian brothers and sisters in Christ if enough people sign up to take part.
As part of the mission trips planned, Global Aid Network will distribute CarePacks of school supplies and other gifts including evangelistic literature and children's Bibles as an expression of the love of Christ. Beyond the compassionate aid that is provided, each participant will have the training and opportunities to share the life changing message of hope – the Good News of Jesus Christ. The methods are simple and full training will be provided.

Who can go? These teams are open to people of all ages and are particularly "family friendly." If you can hug a child, show a few pictures about your life (as a cultural exchange toward building relationships with those you'll meet), and if you want an unforgettable, foreign mission experience, then this may be the trip for you!
Where we’ll go? Our teams will travel first to Moscow, the capitol of Russia, and then onward to targeted "breakout" cities where the primary mission service will take place. The teams will visit places like orphanages, summer camps, hospitals, and other places that local churches or long-term missionaries have selected as places to help start or develop an outreach ministry.
