"There are different kinds of gifts, but the same Spirit. There are different kinds of service,
but the same Lord. There are different kinds of working, but the same God
works all of them in all men" (1 Corinthians 12:4–6).

Although they come from a variety of backgrounds, the staff at Global Aid Network hold in common a commitment to reach the world for Christ. The Global Aid Network staff team which has its headquarters in Richardson, Texas, is composed of about 50 people from all over the United States and around the world: a policeman from New Jersey, a business owner from Illinois, and a biochemistry graduate from Pennsylvania, among others.

At Global Aid Network, both Campus Crusade for Christ missionary staff members as well as paid staff are a team committed to making a difference for the cause of Christ. Missionary staff raise their own funds for salary and benefits and move to the Dallas area to serve the Lord with us at the main office. Couples join together as missionary staff members.

Lou and Eileen Grasso joined us from New Jersey with their 13-year-old son Jonathan in the late 90s.  Lou says, "It's been several years since Eileen first heard about the street children in St. Petersburg and the appeal to join the ministry and its mission. Little did we realize that this would be the catalyst the Lord would use to call us as a family into full-time ministry. At that same time, I had decided to surrender all to Christ and follow the Lord's leading to make a third mid-career change; this time with Christ as my C.E.O.!  It has been a spiritually exuberant experience doing the Lord's work through this ministry. We look forward to long and fruitful service here."

Whether serving as missionary staff or paid staff, everyone at Global Aid Network has an integral role. Both types of staff members give leadership and serve in support roles as project managers, accountants, computer specialists, administrative assistants, human resources associates, graphic designers, and writers.

As our ministry continues to expand and change, additional staff members will be needed. Global Aid Network has opportunities for men and women who among other things:

• Believe that truth needs to be shared with the world,
• Want to reach out with compassion and hope to the impoverished, the weak, the orphan, those who lack food and clean water, the sick, and all who are lost without hope apart from salvation in Christ,
• Have skills that can be applied in an office that will help maximize effectiveness in field locations around the world,
• Desire to stay engaged in ministry through international outreach travel opportunities at least annually
